Tom Hess moved to Jerusalem on the Mount of Olives in 1987 where he founded Jerusalem House of Prayer for all Nations (JHOPAN) in which he serves as a founder and pastor.

He established a non-stop 24/7 prayer watch in order to pray for peace in Jerusalem, God’s purposes in the nation of Israel to be fulfilled and also to pray for all nations of the world.

Tom and his wife Kate organize All Nations Convocation Jerusalem which is held every year.
